Program is a bust

I just bought the touch 4g and needed to transfer pics from my old 2g model. This program was highly recommended, but that must either be a marketing scam, or it only works with a very few specific models. Every time I tried to share photos it did one of two things: said it transferred a 0byte file size, or it would crash repeatedly. Before submitting a review I did a reboot of both devices and tried again. Same results, or lack there of. Please spend my 0.99 cent donation wisely. Use it for a programming course!
